Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri is a crime and drama movie directed and written by Martin McDonagh. The movie premiere was on the 74th Venice International Film Festival on September 4, 2017. Also, this movie won the People’s Choice Award at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri is released by Fox Searchlight Pictures. Also, this movie was classified into top 10 movies of the year. At the 71 British Academy Film Awards, the movie was nominated in 9 different categories. Actor starring is Frances McDormand, Woody Harrelson, Sam Rockwell, John Hawkes, Peter Dinklage and etc.

I heard about the movie from many people, and read a lot of opinions – so I decided to give it a try. I choose ShowBox APK application to watch the movie. I couldn’t find it in another application, but here on ShowBox APK it was available. I must say that this application is making daily updates, so most probably you will be able to find the movie here first, and later on another application. For the ones that are not understanding English – don’t worry. The application provides online rapid subtitle upload. The story starts with Mildred Hayes, who is the mother of the dead kid Angela. She is struggling for seven years and waiting for the investigation of the murder to be over. But, year by year, there isn’t any new or old sigh that will lead towards the investigation to be done successfully. Her daughter was raped and murdered, and still, they can’t discover the killer. Mildred is getting more and angrier, so she decides to rent three billboards that are near her home. On the each of the billboard, she wrote three really strong messages, especially on the third where she wrote: "HOW COME, CHIEF WILLOUGHBY?" that made upset and worried the other citizens, as well as the police chief Bill Willoughby. Bill, who is ill from pancreatic cancer, has found this acquisition very personal humiliation, so he will threat Rob, the guy who has rented the billboards, and also he will arrest Denise, a friend of Mildred for possessing marihuana. On the top of everything, Charlie, the ex-husband of Mildred will come to her house and will accuse her of the death of their daughter. Willoughby will call the mother for an interview and during the interview, he will cough blood. They will take him to the hospital, but he will succeed to escape from the hospital in order to spend more time with his family. After that, Willoughby will commit suicide. He will leave few notes after his death, from which one will be referred to Mildred. In the note, he will say that she is not a factor of his suicide. Bill’s partner will cause Rob for the murder. Also, he will find a letter from Bill who will say to him to stop the hate and start living a life filled with love. Mildred will burn down the police station, and Dixon, Bill’s partner will escape with the documents of Angela’s investigation, that will have several burns. Mildred will be seen by her friend, but he will save her by saying that they were together. Dixon will see the man who treated Mildred and remembers the car numbers. He will fight with the man and later analyze his DNA. He will find out that his DNA is not matching with the DNA found in Angela’s body. So, the case will not be solved and the investigation will continue.

The film is a really great story with an unexpected plot. Frances is a great actress who is capturing every scene in the most natural way possible. Her character in the movie is really strong, no matter what is happening to her. She is not taking any sympathy from the others, and she is always eager to reach the truth. Drama and horror scenes are mixed with humor. When you think that things are going in one direction, everything will turn around and go in the totally different way. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes to have their heart skipping a bit, while they are watching a movie.
