10. Julie Vega
Who didn't know this lovely girl?
Julie Vega was born as Julie Pearl Apostol Postigo on May 21, 1968. She was a Filipina child actress, a singer and a commercial model.
Before she became popular in Philippine television, Julie Vega was discovered by film and stage director Lamberto Avellana and veteran actress Boots Anson-Roa in 1975 while she was performing at a Christmas party at the Quezon Institute. This started her showbiz career being a commercial model in television for Purefoods and band-Aid at the age of six. She appeared in her first film entitled Ang Pag-ibig Ko’y Huwang Mong Sukatin as the young daughter of Boots Anson-Roa and Dante Rivero using the screen name Darling Postigo.
In 1978, she changed her screen name into Julie Vega, when appearing in her first major lead role Mga Mata ni Angelita. In fact, she was in the third place among 200 applicants for the role but she was chosen to play the title. This made Julie as one of the most popular child actress during her time.
Julie is also known for the television drama Anna Liza. This was her last television appearance. Aside from acting, she is also a successful singer. She died on May 6, 1985. It’s been 29 years since her death but Filipinos will always remember her.
9. Vilma Santos-Recto
Vilma Santos- Recto was born as Maria Rosa Vilma Tuazon Santos on November 3, 1953. She is popularly known as Ate Vi in the entertainment industry.
She started her showbiz career when she was picked for the lead role of the drama “Trudis Liit.” At that time her uncle who was a cameraman in Sampaguita Pictures, encouraged her to audition for a child role in Anak, Ang Iyong Ina. When she arrived at the studio, she saw a line thinking that it was the audition of the said drama, she queue in. After the audition it turned out that it was for the drama “Trudis Liit”. Her role in the said drama made her win FAMAS Awards Best Child Performer award for 1963.
She is known as the Star for all Seasons for her various roles in different genres of her movies and holds the titles of Grand Slam Queen and as the longest reigning box office queen of Philippine cinema. She is currently serving as the governor of Batangas.
8. Janice de Belen
Janice de Belen was born as Janice Catherine Yap de Belen on November 9, 1968.
She started showbiz at the age of nine, when she became a newscaster for the RPN 9's Newswatch Junior Edition. Her biggest break as a child actress was when she got the lead role in the soap opera Flordeluna, a top-rating and phenomenally successful TV soap where she played Flor from 1979 until 1985.
As of this time, she is a contract artist of ABS-CBN.
7. Niño Muhlach

Niño Muhlach was born as Angelo Jose Rocha Muhclach on October 27, 1971. He is a Filipino actor, businessman and was a former child star. He was dubbed the "Child Wonder of the Philippines" for making films which garnered both critical and commercial success. He holds the title of highest-paid child actor in the history of Filipino cinema. He was the owner of D'Wonder Films, which produced most of his films in the 1970s/80s.
He is known for the movies Lulubog Lilitaw sa Ilalim ng Tulay (1974), Ang Leon at ang Daga (1975), Kutong Lupa (1976), Bongbong (1976) and Peter Pandesal (1977).
He is now enjoying his role as a father to his children.
6. Tom Taus

Tom Taus was born on April 28, 1986 in Angeles City, Philippines. He is the younger brother of actress Antoniette Taus. He is an actor, known for DNA (1997), Vulcan (1997) and Cedie (1996). He is one of the famous child stars in 90's.
After he left showbiz, he became a DJ in Hollywood, with the name "DJ Tommy T". As of now, Tom and his sister Antoniette is now on Philippines. Well, let's wait for Tom's comeback on telivision and movies.
5. Aiza Seguerra
Aiza Seguerra was born as Cariza Yamson Seguerra on September 17, 1983.
After participating on Eat Bulaga!'s Little Miss Philippines 1987 he became a child star starring in several movies and TV shows. Later in his teens, he pursued a career in music spawning his major hit single, Pagdating ng Panahon (When the Time Comes). Initially coming out as a lesbian in 2007, Seguerra now identifies himself as a transgender man.
As a child star, he appeared in more than 30 movies and TV shows to date. He often portrayed the role of actor and fellow Eat Bulaga! host Vic Sotto’s daughter in numerous films. He portrayed the role of Aiza Kabisote, daughter of Enteng Kabisote in Okey Ka Fairy Ko! from 1987 to 1997.
On December 8, 2014, he married model and actress Liza Diño.

Camille Prats was born as Sheena Patricia Camille Quiambao Prats on June 20, 1985
She started her showbiz career when she was a contestant in "Little Miss Philippines 1990," a popular segment of the variety show Eat Bulaga. This led to her regular appearances in ABS-CBN's children's programAng TV.
In 1995, Camille Prats catapulted into fame when she starred in the movie Sarah... Ang Munting Prinsesa, a Philippine adaptation of the anime Princess Sarah, which was in turn based on Frances Hodgson Burnett children's novel A Little Princess.
As Camille Prats grew up, she appeared in sitcoms and teen-oriented dramas. But in 2006, she decided to shed her "Princess Sarah" image by posing for the Philippine edition of FHM Magazine.
3. Jiro Manio
Jiro Manio was born as Jirō Katakura on May 1992. He is a Filipino actor at ABS-CBN. He started acting at a very young age and became the youngest multi-awarded actor of his generation.
He is best known for playing the role of Magnifico, a FAMAS Award-winning drama film. He won the Best Actor and Gaward Urian plus Best Child Actor at Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences Award for the said movie. On May 18, 2011, news program TV Patrol confirmed that Jiro underwent a rehab for drug addiction.
2. Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo
Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo was born as Judy Anne Lumagui Santos on May 11, 1978. She is a Filipino film and television actress, host, product endorser, recording artist, and film producer.
She began as a child actress and made her professional television debut in Kaming Mga Ulila (1986) before her screen debut in the film Silang Mga Sisiw Sa Lansangan (1988) where she appeared as part of the ensemble playing a supporting role. Her first leading role in a television series was in Ula, Ang Batang Gubat(1988), but she received media recognition in her breakthrough television series Mara Clara (1992).
She is now enjoying as a wife and mother to her children Yohan and Lucho.

Serena Dalrymple was born as Serena Gail Dalrymple on September 7, 1990. During her career, she played roles in a number of movies and television series, largely with ABS-CBN.
She began her career in show business in 1997 after her famous television commercial of Jollibee "Isa pa-isa pang chicken joy". Her acting skills earned her minor roles in some movies, through which she began to receive wider recognition Her first movie, Haba-baba-doo, puti-puti-poo! which aired in 1998, brought her alongside fellow child actress Camille Prats. Following appearance, she was given another role in Tong tatlong tatay kong pakitong-kitong, which was released that same year.
She has completed her studies for her Master’s degree in London last August 2014
