I don't think I like this cat

Who put that cat and rabbit on my Yahoo?

Not me!

Has this happened to anyone else? There I was, about to go onto my email and I got sidetracked by this yacht and a 20-odd foot wave when all of a sudden a spooky cat appeared on top of the yacht and then a rabbit appeared out of nowhere!

Now I'm as used to adverts popping up as the next man but this one's really weird! I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Yeah - I might have done that sort of thing when I was younger. I mean how many of us haven't hidden behind the curtains or under the bed, waiting to catch our partners off-guard? But these advertising guys must be underage, surely!

This is taking it too far - I'm going to have nightmares about this. What's next? Do we have to steel ourselves in readiness for skeletons appearing on our Facebook when the next Johnny Depp pirate film comes out? Is Halloween going to become a nightmare - literally - on our Twitters? Will we get 3D Sharks jumping out and nibbling our private parts when Jaws 43 comes out?

The time has come for action! I'm sending a complaint email to Yahoo just as soon as I build up the courage to go back on there.

What's the weirdest (legal) thing you've seen on the Internet? I'd be interested to know.

I wanted to put a quiz underneath asking if Internet advertising had gone too far this time but after 45mins of trying every type of quiz available I gave up - so just add a comment and I'll total them up manually.

Best wishes - stay happy - Max

If Johnny Depp hasn't scared you witless buy one of these
