Weird Cartoon Logic

I am a front-end developer by profession, but I enjoy writing articles about anything mysterious, interesting, and fascinating.

Dress When Bathing:

Most of the cartoon characters do not wear any clothes. They are also not ashamed of it under normal circumstances. However, when going to the beach or while bathing they become self-aware. Many cartoons like Tom & Jerry and Bugs Bunny are guilty of this.

Fall When You Look Down:

Cartoons depict a number of situation where characters face a nasty fall. The weirdness comes when they defy physics and float in the air for an eternity before falling. According to cartoons, you will fall only if you look down and realize your fate first!

Sleeping Beauty:

The fairy tale of a damsel put to eternal sleep by a witch and the prince who saves her with a kiss is sweet. However, if you think about it a little it seems more creepy than a romantic story. The prince seems to take advantage of an unconscious girl and forces a kiss on her and we are made to think that it is cute!

Forgetful Prince:

In the story of Cinderella, the prince falls in love with her at first sight. But he is unable to recognize the love of his life and instead resorts to using her slippers to identify her. Another weird logic is that there is no one with an identical slipper size to Cinderella. It's quite sad that the love-struck prince can’t even recognize his love.

Cannibalism:

Various cartoon characters are built around animals like rabbits, ducks, and cats. So when you see a situation where Donald duck enjoys a chicken meal it just feels weird. There are even scenes where Minnie gets scared of a mouse which raises even more questions.

Surprisingly Silly Disguises:

The disguises worn in cartoons are downright hilarious. They are so obvious that it is painful to watch cartoon characters being fooled by them. A classic example is of team rocket who get away with disguises involving just a mustache or a fancy dress.

Men Will Be Men:

Whether it is cartoons or real life there is one logic that never changes. Men will always fall for cute girls and be enticed by them. The character may be a duck, cat or dog and the results are always the same. Men will always be men.
