Where Do All Those Lost Socks Go?

Is it possible that socks contain some type of dark matter and when heated up in the dryer just a little bit the socks go poof and vanish into thin air. Maybe just maybe this is why you can put a perfect pair of socks into the washing machine but when you go to take them out of the dryer there is only one. I always wondered where all that lint came from.

There Are Some Places Those Lost Socks May Be Hiding.

In your washing machine there is an agitator that moves the clothes around and helps to get your clothes clean. What you may not know is that in most washing machines it is easy to remove and you may be surprised at what you may find hiding under it and in it. You can usually remove the agitator easily and check under it and in it in some cases. Wow how did all those socks get under there.

Look under the lint dryer tray especially in some older dryers for those lost socks. You should take that lint tray out and insert the vacuum hose and suck out all the lint several times a year. It will help to prevent fires and your dryer will operate much better.

Where Does That Lost Sock Go?

I put both socks in the washing machine but when I take the clothes out of the dryer I'm always missing a sock or two here and there. Where in the world does that lost sock go? Is there a sock eating monster living in the dryer. And why does it always seem like its one of my newest socks that seems to vanish.

My Plans To Apply For A Government Grant To Look For The Sock Monster

The Sock Monster is usually found in and around washing machines and dryers. And until now no one had ever seen it but if you look just below you'll see that the real Sock Monster has now been caught on film. Well a photo anyway. It even looks as if he made be made partly out of socks.

I Plan To Apply For A Government Grant To Study The Sock Monster.

I have applied for a grant to study the sock monster and see if I can determine its breeding habits and possibly discover what color of socks it likes the best. We do know or believe that there is at least one sock monster living in every home in America where there is a washer or dryer.

Maybe if I feel out my grant application correctly I will soon have the funding to start my exploration of every washer and dryer in America trying to find once and for all the elusive sock monster.

After all if they will give someone a 2 million dollar grant to study the mating habits of frogs why shouldn't they give me a million to hunt down the sock monster.

Is That The Sock Monster In The Photo Above?

A source which asked not to be identified sent me the photo above of an alleged Sock Monster in her family laundry room. You can clearly see its eyes there in the photo and it even appears to be made at least partially out of socks. Is a monster similar to this living behind your washer and dryer. Is it waiting there to eat your socks when your not looking.

Maybe just maybe they will approve my grant application to study the habits of the elusive sock monster. Who knows maybe just maybe there is a sock monster living right there in your house behind or under your washer and dryer. You know I do keep hearing a strange sound coming out of my washroom. Could it be I have a sock monster looking for my socks?

3. Why do they use a sterile injection when they are executing someone by lethal injection. Can you say politically incorrect.

7. Why do people put the empty milk or juice carton back in the Fridge. Do they think its going to magically refill its self. Why?

11. Why did the Coyote never catch the road runner? Could any animal be as dumb as that coyote was.

I know where my missing socks are! My dog takes them under my bed into her "nest" - along with used tissues, Rud's guitar plectrums, hair bands, and most yummy of all if she can get her paws on them, my used knickers! Eeeew!
