I partially agree with nightwork4...the music that is produced today is completely a joke (at least the stuff that's played on most pop radio stations).
but i'll go with the late 80's - early 90s for the best music
Depends on what genre you're interested in. I personally think the 1970s were the best. I mean you had The Eagles, Led Zeppelin, Simon and Garfunkel, Styx, Journey...Some pretty sweet stuff indeed.
I'd say the 80s had the best music. I really enjoy todays alternative music, though.
i'll have to agree with musicklover 100%. the 80's to me, was when music began to go down hill and now well, i think it's a joke what is called music in most cases.
if you're referring to music in America, I think the good stuff was around 1957-1965, & then it all went downhill- with some exceptions, of course.
but that's only my personal opinion and tastes.
