Any DAW or audio editor will allow you to remove vocals from the tune. One way you can do this is by phasing the vocals with the duplicated track
This will remove most of the music leaving light music in the background but good enough for you to use for remixes and what not. From there you can further eq getting more of the music out.
The only way you are going to get the music away from the vocals 100% is to have access to the original session file or if the instruments are panned off to the sides meaning the vocals must be in a spectrum on their own.
Older music was recorded this way which was nice because on some of the songs you could simple pan hard left or right to eliminate recordings
