Critics of the new movie "Noah" are arguing that lead actor Russell Crowe should have used the word "God" instead of "Creator". They say that the King James version of the Bible uses the word "God" and "Lord" and that the movie takes too much creative license.

Sad but true. The critics seem to be dependent on the English translation and a 3 letter word. They may be doing Russell Crowe a favor by drumming up publicity.

You got it. I guess theyʻd rather see Russell Crowe quoting from Bible text. Seems like a silly argument that, as you say, misses the point.
