What is your favorite movie quote of all time?

With more movies out there than can be counted, what's your favorite quote ever delivered throughout the course of cinema history?

"It is our choices Harry, that show who we truly are, far more than our abilities."
~ Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

It's not just the aptness in respect to the book/movie and other part of the series, but the depth of the message and it's omni-applicable meaningfulness which makes it my favorite.

:> Harry Potter, The boy who lived, Come to die.

    :> Why do you live?
:> Because I have something worth living for

:> Only I can live forever....

Very true indeed, Voldemort will live longer than Harry Potter in the books. He made Harry the Hero after all.

From Orson Welles to Joseph Cotton in The Third Man.

Don’t be so gloomy. After all it’s not that awful. Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love – they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock. So long Holly

A Few Good Men - Jack Nicholson aka Col. Jessep

"Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinburg? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago, and you curse the Marines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That Santiago's death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that wall, you need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to"   It was either this one or Any Given Sunday by Al Pacino

From the movie Witness.  Harrison Ford plays a cop named Booker who is hiding out with an Amish family, from his corrupt police department. One day a bunch of thugs were harassing the Amish while riding through town on their buggies.
Old Amish Guy:  Booker, that's not our Way.
    Booker:  No, but it's mine.
Then Booker proceeds to beat the crap out of the thugs harassing his Amish friends, but unfortunately it blew his cover.
Classic movie and one of my favorites.

    Blade runner:

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die."

"Ya wanna live in this lousy world?  Play it cool."

This is from West Side Story, when Ice (played by the late Tucker Smith), the new Jet gang leader, who has taken over the Jet gang leadership, after Riff's death during the Rumble.  The Jets and Sharks have fled the police, the Jets are hiding out in a rooftop parking garage, and Ice is admonishing the Jets to keep cool, especially after knowing that Chino is gunning forTony, after Bernardo's death..
