Each of us have different attributes, gifts, & characteristics. Many of these are natural while other attributes, gifts & characteristics have been deemed better by a particular culture & society. It is not that people are born better; it is what a society deem to be positive or negative depending upon what the societal construct consider to be acceptable & proper. Such societal parameters & paradigms could include looks, money, talent, & education. Some societies see socioeconomic wealth as better while other societies view a sense of community as better than socioeconomic acquisition. It all depends upon what each society & culture value as important.
Then of course there is a societal pecking order which proclaims what is important within & according to a particular group as far as morality, trends, economics, & politics go. Within this pecking order, there is a top group, a in-between group, & the bottom group. It is usually the top group that determines how the other groups live for the most part. The top group makes the rules while the middle group has some leeway as to how to live their lives but follow the rules set by the top group; the bottom group is usually at the mercy at the top & middle group.
