    Looks too light coloured to be a Granny Smith. It's got to be a Golden Delicious - long on price and short on flavour. Grannies are a much darker green, like a Bramley cooking apple.

    I think you're right! I looked at several apple charts, and Granny Smith looks most like the one on the label. Good work!
