   How do you get more views on YouTube?
   
   I have an account on YouTube where I post an original song every other Monday.

   I've been running this account for about 4 months and I have 2 subscribers. How do I get more?

   First of all, you content must be great, fresh and your own. Secondly what you want is promoting it, uploading video and after reclining on chair to see if you get any subscribers isn't a great idea. All you have to do is share it on social media and your personal IMs so that more people can see and if they do like it , they probably will share it with their friends. And that's how you get views and a bit of subscribers may be. I recommend you to make a twitter account and then search your niche there and for YouTubers, follow them one by one and follow alot of people but make sure, you only those YouTubers who have low amount of followers and YouTube subscribers, if someone follows you back just message them to ask for checking out your channel and also ask them to send their channel link and subscribe them, they most probably will subscribe you back. And engage in comments and stuff, so you can get back. Basically, it's all about finding ones who are like you on the internet and grow your fans. I also recommend you to make covers of Famous artists, they are more prone to get views on the internet.    First of all, make an attractive video.. It should be interesting and fast, slow video can bore people. Add some creative messages to your video like credits, and tell them to like the video, by some interesting way like 'it will take only 0.1 sec to like it so just go like it and subscribe it'.
   Secondly,give an interesting title to it. It should be creative, funny and describing ur video fluently. And a little description of ur video is very necessary. Most people forget this step but it is very useful to increase the viewers and appeal them to see the video.
   Thirdly, after uploading ur video u have to work for its publicity like a movie. Share it on ur social networking sites like facebook,twitter,etc. Email it to ur friends, all the friends u know just email them and tell them to send it to their friends. Even i have lots of friends i will send it to my friend my email(fahadansari12feb@gmail.com). I hope this will help u..

   You can start with friends and family having them share the video online.You are posting original songs, that's nice. The thing is, people will pay more attention to them, and you post a couple of popular songs, too and just really nail them. If you can sing All The Single Ladies by Beyonce', or something like that, they will check out the other songs. If you wear something cute, they pay even more attention. The other thing you can do is a funny song, it will show that you can sing a variety. You have to tweet and share on facebook, and other sites. I hope that helps.
