Why should people care about anything Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner does?

This is not about whether this individual is a hero or not, it is about why this is news. I want to talk about how planet earth is having heart attacks all over. I want to discuss the civil wars going on throughout the world. We as humans shouldn't care what a multi-millionare does with their money. How many times does the news talk about some random person in New York that gets a sex change.

Because it's salacious, and people are people.

I'd love to get that kind of attention, but I'm not willing to go that far to get it.

It's not they they should- it's merely an effective distraction. No one has noticed, for instance, that ISIS is drying up the Euphrates as we speak... Or type...

Bruce is considered a hero because he has done things many try but don't succeed. He is an inspiration and a model for what a man can be. Now he wants to be a woman. That bothers people, but not me. There's a little bit of woman in all of us men. As there is a little bit of man in every woman.

Have you heard any news about when Jenner is going to have his male genitalia surgically removed? In other words, is he really trying to transform himself into a female or is he just making a move to get his freak on to the extreme?

You know... Some things I'd rather not visualize... As hilarious as it may be. Not far from my house, they turned a half price books into a condom store. I said "I hope they don't sell used condoms there. Could you imagine being the rubber tester?"

Well said. There is something to be respected in the sense of doing something that most don't have the courage to do, but of course this is under the umbrella of entertainment. It is all part of making money. This will increase his/her popularity and wealth because of his heroics. That is the problem.

In my opinion, a male taking extreme measures to transform himself into a female is not a sign of courage at all. A sign of courage is a soldier diving on a detonated hand grenade to save his squad from being blown to smithereens,
