It is common for people to throw up, faint or walk out from horror movies; but do you know people die watching horror films.

Personally have never heard or read of this. But I can't see why it's not possible.
"Unmedical" opinion here too. But I think the suspense and tension could trigger a seizure too.

It's rare but it does happen. Of course, people die while doing all sorts of everyday activities.
You can have a heart attack sitting on the couch, but sudden shocks and scares increase the odds.
And if someone has QT Long syndrome or another heart rhythm abnormality, yes, the sudden shock or even jumping up to run can trigger a heart stoppage.
