I'm 13 and was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy many many years ago, I've recently started therapy to become stronger and maybe one day walk again, since I've been in my chair for 6 years. I've come along far and can stand for a short amount of time, make steps and move around. Which I think is all I need for belly-dancing! I've always loved to move and wiggle to my favorite music so I'd love to take this up. I wonder though if there's sitting exercises as well for it? Since I can't stand super long as a time, but I still want to use the movements to strengthen myself and dance away standing!
