You will never get a definitive answer for this question. Diet science is hardly a science at all, yet. The evidence that I have seen is that fresh meat causes no particular harm at any level of consumption. There are still small societies that eat little but meat, and a few thousand years ago, all-meat or nearly all-meat diets were the norm for all humans.
Vegetarians will give you a completely different answer! I'd say don't sweat it, eat what you wish and avoid junk food. High carbohydrate diets seem more dangerous than high meat.
