who cares? The man is dead. He doesn't care. The money will support his three children. So, no, it's not disrespectful.
Not at all, in fact it might be the best release ever since so many were shocked by his sudden loss and many were anticipating his tour.
The proceeds certainly help his estate (i.e. his kids).
No it's not disrespectful, 2pac keeps on releasing albums and he's been dead for over 10 years.
