Bose SoundDock Series II digital music system for iPod

There is sound and then there is sound! Something happens when you first hear the deep tonal sounds of a Bose; you'll never be satisfied with anything else. The sound of Bose has been described as warm and beautiful with deep enough bass to make your sound come alive but not wake the neighbors. Clear, never distorted at any volume.

The Bose SoundDock Series II for iPod is another of those fine Bose sound products that fits just about anywhere in your home or office without taking up much space. However, it will fill your space with some of the most appreciable sounds you've ever experienced. AND it isn't just for iPod, if you have MP3 or another player, there is an auxillary connection on the back of this great product to plug into.

The Bose approach to better sound has been dedication to research and excellence since Dr. Amar G. Bose founded the company in 1964. Ever since then, Bose engineers have focused on creating better technology. You'll find that focus exemplified in the SoundDock Series II digital music system, with advances that ensure premium performance and convenience.

The SoundDock Series II digital music system inherits all the award-winning traits of its predecessor, plus sleeker styling and additional features. If you want a proven performer for at-home iPod listening, the classic speaker system for iPod now has even more to offer.

Just slip your iPod or iPhone into the iPod docking station and bring your favorite songs to life. Hear subtleties you may never have noticed from tunes you thought you knew by heart. Bose proprietary acoustic design delivers performance greater than you'd expect from a speaker system for iPod this small.

I did quite a bit of research before getting the Bose SoundDock II. I wanted a dock that would work with my iPod touch 2G, have superb sound quality, and preferably charge my iPod while docked. Well I have to say that I got all I wanted and then some with this unit. - Sahak D "Guitarchi

I have always enjoyed the Bose sound so was glad to know that I could listen to the ipod on my iphone by docking with this unit. Also important was to be able to listen to my Creative Zen via an audio jack. This meets both criterias and gives the ulimate of sound. William Tell Overture never sounded better. - Nona Ballard

I have been thinking of having a Bose product from quite some time. And here it comes. I have owned this product close to 15 days and i must admit superb quality/output. It is just amazing how much of output i get from this little one. Auxiliary input boosts the rating to this product. I have connected to Aux (using 3.5mm cable) from my Laptop, HDTV, CD player and off course iPod. All seems to be working as expected. - Venugopal Vadapalli "spaceme"
