2001: A Space odyssey (1968) directed by Stanley Kubrick- 2001 is the greatest film ever made. If you haven't seen it, go buy it or rent it right now and pop it in. Stanley Kubrick is the director of this masterpiece. The film is defined by it's amazing classical music and it's wonderful visual effects. 2001 was released in a time when there was nothing else like it. It was the first film to really be different than the rest.

Star Wars (1977) directed by George Lucas- Star Wars is the second greatest film of all time. Like 2001, it was released during a time where there was nothing else around like it.

The Exorcist (1973) directed by William Friedkin- The Exorcist is the greatest horror film ever made. It is a masterpiece.
