Holli Would: The Sexiest Cartoon Ever
Holli Would If She Could...
Holli Would is an obscure, but fantastically animated, character from the 1991 movie Cool World. She's ambitious and sexy and wants to be Real - and pulls the main character (Jack Deebs) into the world of doodles that he illustrated (but didn't create) in order to achieve this. Voiced by Kim Bassinger (who also played her when she became real) she gives Jessica Rabbit a run for her money! Holli was a lot closer to the original version of Jessica, from the book Who Censored Roger Rabbit?, than Jessica from the film version was. She's also one of the only cartoon characters to ever be censored!
The film has received very mixed reactions - achieving cult status to some people, who claim it has great depth and a lot of layers, while others found it meaningless, and more of an extended music video. The real successes of the film were the character of Holli and the music. And in case you didn't get it... Holli Would = Hollywood.

Holli Would's Costume
Holli's costume is pretty simple - apart from the hairdo! She appears in several - either because she was a doodle or because she had a lot of clothes! They are always white, though, and her hair is always piled on top of her head.A short white dress with simple shoulder straps, and white high heels a dress that's more of a leotard (strapless and with cleavage) and can come with a filmy skirt, thigh high boots, and white bracelets or wristbands, and a white choker. The boots look like they fold down at the top, and are also high-heeled.A long white strapless dress that looks like the leotard with a long straight skirt, down to her feet, with a slit each side up to her waistA superhero costume - basically a minskirt and bikini, the boots again, and a cape.
Make-up and Hair
Holli only seems to wear blue over her eyelids, and obviously lipstick. I haven't got a clue where to start recommending there... and apparently your real eye and skin colour might be an issue!
As you can see, her hair is piled onto the top/back of her head into a very loose bun, with a fringe and two loose bits of hair hanging down over her ears. This doesn't change throughout the film.
Some white minidresses that would work
There doesn't seem to be much out there that's exactly like what Holli wore- you may be better off making your own (if you know how) or modifying one you bought. Although my attempts at searching may be hampered by not actually knowing if I am even using the right names - fashion is not my forte!
On the other hand, the theme is pretty consistent... short, white, sexy... so you could easily get away with some combination from below for Halloween!
Holli's a dancer, which is how Jack first sees her, when he lands in her club.
The white dress we first see her in, dancing in the club, is apparently the same dress Marilyn Monroe wore in the 1960 film Let's Make Love (well - a cartoon version of it). I've found the trailer on YouTube and I think it's the one she's wearing at 1.22 and 1,43 but I can't find any clear images.
The 'leotard' costume
You'd be better off making the white band around her neck and wrists yourself than trying to find a plain choker or wristband! You can probably find something suitable to actually wear for the rest of you though. For the boots, see the thigh-high ones listed earlier.
The Superhero Outfit
Holli gets turned into a cartoon superhero at the end - again, still in white, but now she has an orange cape. She's got the same thigh high white boots as before, and a bikini instead of a dress.
I can't find a similar cape to point you towards. It's orange, simple, with no visible seams, and falls to about waist length. There are a couple of what look like children's orange capes on Amazon but that's all I can find.
Holli Would or Jessica Rabbit? - Which is the animated sexy, sultry dancer of your choice?
I admit, I am not a fan of Jessica Rabbit. I can see how the design is sexy, and they've got her movements down pat, but the face? The proportions? The artist in me winces.
Cool World Games
There were several games made for Cool World as well as a prequel comic series.
