I Like To Move It!
Music & Dancing - Move it or Lose It!
I love to dance and like I've said this many times over the years: music just makes me feel better. I went to piano lessons and took a few different dance classes when I was younger but nothing gets me moving like drum and base. I love music from all genres and as a teenager, would turn up the stereo and just dance for hours.
You know the feeling you get when you hear your favorite song(s) and you start bobbing your head or tapping your feet. Dancing gets my energy levels up and makes me feel free and happy. It's also one of the best and most enjoyable forms of exercise because it's so easy and fun. Take my advice: create a playlist, plug in your headphones (if you don't want to disturb anyone) and get moving!

How much fun it is to dance the night away?
Playing music and singing takes tremendous talent. I'm all for encouraging people with that talent but for "ordinary" people like me, the thrill is in the dancing!
Asking the question: So you think you can dance?
I say YES... anyone can dance: feel the rhythm, listen to the beat and let the music take you wherever it leads to! You ever watched kids dance? That's right - just have fun - dancing is easy and it's for everyone!
