The collection has received various comments from reviewers and generally considered value for its price ~$75. Each figure has good articulation movement however details and paint works between figures varies. For example the Mark II & III lacks some of the details from other versions released by Hasbro previously, in some cases this is a plus as it reflects more accurately the armor in the films.

However the unique items in this set is The Mark 42 & figurine of Tony Stark from Iron Man 3. As a toy this set is great value for kids to play with and you may only be concerted with the details above if your a die hard fan or collector. Below is a box opening of the The Iron Man 3 Marvel Hall of Armor Collection set for more details.

The Iron Man 2 Mark IV Collectible Statue

The Iron Man 2 Mark IV armor figure is not a toy at all or could be for a fanboy however it is not a figure you would buy for a kid. This is a 13 inch stylized model (1/6th scale) of the Mark IV Iron Man armor by one of Japan's largest figurines company Kotobukiya. The Mark IV statue is situated on a circular repulsor transmitter base that lights up and can illuminate the armor, in addition LED lights are also incorporated into the Mark IV eyes, chest and palms for greater Iron Man power up and blast effect. The Mark IV by Kotobukiya has generally received great reviews by customers however while a highly detailed quality of the paint work various from individual items and has been a issue for some customers. The Mark 44 Iron Man Armor Aka "The Hulkbuster"

The Iron Man Mark 44 suit of armor Aka "The Hulkbuster" is one of the reason i wanted to write a hub about Iron man, its action figures and movie collectible. Featured in Avengers 2: The Age of Ultron, The Hulkbuster is the suit that Tony stark used to control the Hulk after the Scarlet Witch messed with the Hulk's mind. While figurine size model exist and are also cool, This Hulkbuster is a life size detailed statue created by Beast Kingdom a well known figurine & collectible producer.

The Hulkbuster itself totals 9' feet 10" inches and sits on top of a base that resembles a cracked road surface after The Hulkbuster lands. This giving this action figure a massive overall height of 11' feet and weights over 900 lbs. The Hulkbuster is a made to order item but there are limited ones in stock and available online. The price tag being $19,000 about the price of a small car.

Its made of fiberglass and is professionally painted in the hot rod red and gold colors similar to the Mark VI and as seen in Age of Ultron. The Hulkbuster also features 18 LED lights where the arc reactor in the chest is positioned, the eyes, the palm of each hands where tony's blaster are as well as in additional thrustor positions.

This is a stunning life size Iron Man movie art piece, It would be great in an entertainment room. I would love to own or see it in real life however i may just have to settle for one of the small 1:6 scale versions.
