Ko Hyeon Jeong (March 2, 1971) also known as Ko Hyeon Jung, is a South Korean actress, writer and beauty pagent runner up. She started out her career as a beauty pagent runner up in Miss Korea in 1989. Her name became a popular household name when she got her big break in 1995 SBS Epic Drama Sandglass. In 1995, she married Chung Yong-jin, the grandson of Samsung founder and later divorced in 2003. They had two children. She made a dramatic comeback in 2005 in melodrama Spring Days followed by What's Up Fox and H.I.T. In 2009, she bagged the role royal concubine Lady Mishil in the hit historical drama Queen Seondeok alongside Lee Yo Won.
