Show Your Love For Majel Barrett Roddenberry - Leave your favorite memory here.
I just learned of her death just now wondering what has happened to this beautiful woman while i was watching a rerun of The Next Generation, My prayers goes out to thier family and also to let them know that she was loved by many.
I just returned from living in Thailand for three years and just found out she passed away. Star Trek changed many people's lives, including mine. My God bless your family as you memories stay fresh. I was able to meet Ms Roddenberry at a convention and she was gracious and loved to share. I have my memories too.
I was lucky to be able to spend about 15 minutes talking with Majel at a convention. She was so gracious and friendly. A beautiful woman at any age, well spoken and wonderful energy. I will miss her and the characters she played.

She had a Glammour And style all of her own, She was One of my favourites on TOS, and Among the best character regulars on TNG, Her role of Lwaxanna Troi, Was so memerable, I still to this day, love watching the re runs of TNG and whenever one with Majel comes on, She never fails to bring a smile to my face. She was Fantastic and it is a tragic loss that will be felt by myself, and millions upon millions of trek fans.. RIP Majel
I very much admired this woman, her obvious commitment, her talent, her acting skills. She was a true hidden asset to the Star Trek phenomenon. Welcome to the tough topics group, 5*, thumbs up, favorite and lensroll!
Actor William Shatner (who played Captain James T. Kirk) did not attend? He also did not attend the memorial for Gene Roddenberry. The other TV stars (and even crew) made the memorial.
That is very disrespectful. Gene made Shatner a star.
I commend the other actors who knew it was right to attend and pay their respects. Shatner should be ashamed.
A Star Trek Fan
What a lovely lady. Always added such beauty and class to her role on good old Trek. Just as Nichelle Nichols has too. The ladies of Star Trek. Nothing can replace any of these wonderful people on the classic series and our family has met many of them over the years. We miss you Deforrest and Jimmy and now our Majel. Bless all of you who have brought us Star Trek.....the journey will never end. Thank you Gene Roddenberry for your wonderful idea for the series. I grew up on the series when it was originally aired, my kids have seen the re runs and have been to many of the Trek conventions and its been a ball. To this day i watch all the 79 episodes my old VCR tapes, and they still work. Thank you from the Honberger family...love you all.
