Movies About Old People

Updated on September 15, 2014

Great Movies Centered Around Old People

Movies about old people give us a glimpse of what's ahead, if we're lucky! Face it, getting old beats the alternative.

Watching movies about old people is often pleasurable because elderly people usually have settled into themselves. Their quirks and personality often shine through showing the world who they really are.

A few of these movies have some sad parts, just like life. And that's okay.

I like it when they make movies that have older people. As the general population ages, I hope that we see more of that. I like "Hope Springs" as well. It's just difficult to beat "The Bucket List," especially when it has Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson!!
