Rachel McAdams Style

Does Rachel need an introduction? I think not. This lens is dedicated to the the beauty and fashion of Miss Rachel McAdams. A stylebook for women looking to be inspired. Here you can find amazing hair colors, fresh fashion, and tips to stay beautiful.

Rachel is known for changing her hair colors every year and is not afraid to try different hair cuts, either. Take word from her and give it a jump.

Rachel McAdams as a Brunette

She is everyone's favorite girl crush. She stars in obsessed-over flicks like The Notebook and Mean Girls, she dates the coolest guys in Hollywood (Ryan Gosling, Josh Lucas, Michael Sheen, anyone?) and she's always doing something new with her hair. "It's a compulsion," she has said. "I'm always changing parts of me." From her natural blond hue to red locks to darkest brunette, McAdams doesn't fear the dye pot-or the drink packet. "Even when I was young, I wanted to change my hair color," she has said.

Rachel's sister and her makeup artist says this about choosing just the right make up:

To get the look, Kayleen used Cle de Peau Cream Foundation on the skin as a base, and finished with MAC Pressed Powder for a matte effect. She filled in Rachel's brows with Anastasia Brow Powder. On the eyes, she used NARS Duo Eyeshadow in Silk Road (a duo of pink and rose gold). She added a touch of NARS Blush in Mata Hari for a bright pink cheek, and since the lip was the focus of the look, she chose Stila Convertible Color in Fuchsia – "a fun, bright pink fuchsia lip stain," said Kayleen.

Rachel's Medium Length Auburn Curls - Beauty Secrets from Redbook

1. Radiant skin

"I wanted the main focus to be Rachel's beautiful glow," Hall says. Get the look with a light-reflecting highlighter cream applied under the eyes, along the brow bones, and on the high points of your cheekbones.

2. Defined eyes

Surprisingly, Hall didn't use mascara to make Rachel's eyes look this dramatic — just a black creamy eyeliner, dotted along the top lash lines to create the illusion of thicker lashes.

3. Luscious lips

The goal here was natural, only prettier. Hall layered a lip conditioner to add a soft sheen, not obvious shine, and a deep (but sheer) berry lipstick.
