Unique Star Wars Gifts and Collectibles

Updated on January 22, 2014

Looking for unique Star Wars gifts? You've found the right place!

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away . . . The search for unique and one of a kind Star Wars themed gifts began. It began as a search for something more than the ho-hum everyday items available at all of the big box retail stores. It is now a quest, not for just for Star Wars Action figures and T-shirts but for one of a kind Star Wars Gifts. It is a quest for things like Tauntaun sleeping bags, light saber chopsticks, and Star Wars USB drives. It is a search that has led you here, a humble little Squidoo lens that will hopefully evolve from a young padawan until the Jedi Knight of Star Wars Gift Directories. . .

The true Star Wars fanatic typically has a ton of collectibles. If it can be found in a normal retail store the odds are they had it the moment it hit the shelves. This can be more frustrating than trying to see with your blast shield down. So what do you get the Star Wars fan who has it all? Something unique and difficult to find of course! This lens is dedicated to listing unique and hard to find Star Wars gifts to please any Star Wars fan young or old.

We hope this lens will continue to evolve and grow into the ultimate information source and directory for your Star Wars Gift and collectible shopping needs.

So feel free to browse around and look at all the cool items we've plucked from galaxies far far away. We understand the passion and devotion to these films and love to support other fans. Have a cool custom Star Wars related product or gift? Then by all means let us know and we can include it and a link to your website here on our lens. Don't get forget to leave a comment and vote in some of our poll and other interactive modules before leaving! May the Force be with you!

The Star Wars Gift Blog

We provide a lot of useful information here but there is only so much we can accomplish on Squidoo. With that in mind we have started the Star Wars Gift Blog dedicated to providing you with a one stop source for all your Star Wars shopping needs. You could easily spend days scouring the internet searching for the best sources of unique Star Wars memorabilia and collectibles. After you find the products you are interested in, you could easily spend several more hours hunting down the best price.

With our blog we aim to take a lot of the work out of the process by bringing much of this information to you. We provide announcements of new exclusive products, product reviews, and links to many other sites of interest. If you haven't done so, stop by and check out our new blog:

Some of our personal favorites!

Check out some of our favorite SW gift ideas below. We've hand picked these bad boys because they are unique and one of a kind designs that are just simply hard to find!

Star Wars Lightsaber Chopsticks

Tired of trying to use the force to eat that ABC chicken? Bored with your Star Wars knife and fork? Well we have the answer! If you weren't able to get these at the San Diego Comic Con in 2009 grab your Star Wars Chopsticks now!! The best part? They're only $12.99 at the time of this writing!

Star Wars Wampa Rug

Another favorite is the Wampa rug. Remember when Luck Skywalker was hung out to dry upside down in a Wampa lair? Well if Luke wasn't in a rush he probably would have made a Wampa style bear rug like this instead of hacking off his arm.

Although Luke couldn't enjoy a warm Wampa rug, Star Wars fans of all ages now can thanks to! Sorry guys..but the Princess leia slave suit model is NOT included.

TaunTaun Sleeping Bags

"And I thought they smelled bad. . . on the outside."

One of my favorite Star Wars products is the Tauntaun sleeping bag. Now you or the little Star Wars fan in your life can enjoy the warmth and safety that only a TaunTaun carcass can provide...without all the mess!

Star Wars Jedi & Sith Bath Robes

Whether you are a true and noble Jedi or an evil Sith overlord at one with the Darkside of the force, you need to stay warm and comfortable. These Star Wars bathrobes are ideal for just that purpose. They are made out of a super soft terrycloth cotton and feature a hood with a cinch belt. They are available in brown Jedi with an embroidered Jedi logo or a Black Sith variety with an embroidered Sith logo. They are currently priced in the $80-$120 range but style and geekdom like this are priceless. Click the links or images above for more info.

When the power goes out or you are otherwise in the dark, you shouldn't just reach for any flashlight. You should reach for an officially licensed flashlight that's also a Star Wars collectible.

These Star Wars lightsaber handle flashlights are available in either Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader light saber hilts. They are powered by three AAA batteries (included) and are just plain awesome. Not only do these make an ideal affordable and unique Star Wars gift, they also are the perfect way to keep your little Jedi, Padawan, or Sith safe on Halloween without breaking character. The toughest decision here is whether to go with the Luke or Vader version. Then again, with a price tag of just $19.99 you can afford to grab both.

Lightsaber Pens

These awesome light up Star Wars Lightsaber ink pens come in green, blue, and red. They also come in a protective tin, making them the ideal collectible gift.

Jumping into a trash compactor is never a good escape plan. It does make for a pretty good scene in a movie though! These bookends capture my favorite scene from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. As a kid I remember being so excited with this part of the movie. Leia takes charge and leads her rescuers right into a Dianoga infested garbage can. These Star Wars bookends capture the scene wonderfully and would make an awesome gift for any Star Wars fan or collector.

These Bookends are perfect for holding up your Star Wars books, DVDs and more! The very cool set of diorama style bookends is an officially licensed Lucasfilm collectible and features Han, Luke, Leia, and Chewbacca trying to survive and somehow escape from that scary trash compactor. They measure about 6" deep x 12" wide x 7.5" wide. These bookends are cast in high-quality polystone then hand-painted. Each pair of bookends is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. At the time of this writing they are priced around $200.00

One thing is for sure; these would make a great gift to use as bookends or even as a very cool piece of Star Wars art on to display on a shelf.

Star Wars Mimobot Thumb Drives and Star Wars USB Drives

These little Mimobot Star Wars USB Thumb Drives are very cool. We really like how you can see Darth Vader's face/head when you remove his helmet to expose the USB drive. These would make a great Star Wars gift for that computer loving Star Wars fan!

Mimobot thumb drives just a little too cute and Japanese anime for you? Then you'll probably want to check out the 4 GB Star Wars USB drives shown below:

Star Wars Playing Cards

Deal out a hand in true Star Wars fanboy style!

Turn poker night, or even a game of solitaire, into some Star Wars fun with these Ladies of Star Wars or Empire Strikes Back 30th Anniversary playing cards. These are currently priced at just $4.99 to $9.99 and you won't find a more affordable unique Star Wars gift.

@jwilks70: What a great comment! It's so great to see Star Wars being passed on and the legacy continuing. In fact my son is still playing with some of the toys I inherited from my older brother when I was his age! It's so great to know this epic series of films will remain a timeless classic.

My parents witnessed the release of Star Wars. I grew up on it. I promise my kids will be brought up with it. It is simply amazing to see something so intertwined with pop culture like SW is and was. It is just such a great Epic tale. I am a moderator of the Toy Hutt forum for Star Wars figures on the side. SW is just apart of my life. I wouldn't have it any other way. I don't date a girl unless she knows who runs Cloud city, and what a wookie is.
