The Most Accurate Tuner for Any Musical Instrument - Snark SN-8 Super Tight All Instrument Tuner
Snark SN-8 Super Tight Instrument Tuner
Here's Why an Accurate Instrument Tuner is Really Important
I learned to play the guitar at age 12 and began playing with my Church’s Youth Choir which was responsible for the music and singing every last Sunday in the month.
Back then I did not own a tuner but I had learned how to manually tune my guitar by ear. So I went to the choir practice we had the Saturday before Sunday Mass had my guitar tuned with the other guitars and practice went well.
Come Sunday morning, I loaded my guitar in my family’s car and we drove to Sunday Mass.Imagine my utter shock, and I must confess embarrassment, when we started playing the Entrance hymn. Although I was playing all the right chords for the Hymn, my guitar was noticeably off tune from the other guitars.
I obviously had to stop playing before the hymn was over and I spent the time in between the next hymn trying to tune my guitar to another guitar. That was a bit embarrassing also because the repetitive picking of the notes to get an accurate pitch while tuning was in itself disruptive.
Since then I have always invested in and used progressively better guitar and bass tuners to tune my guitar, even though I do not play as frequently as before.

Why I Highly Recommend the Snark SN-8 Super Tight All Instrument Tuner
I highly recommend this Snark SN-8 Super Tight All Instrument Tuner if you play any musical instrument at all but especially if you belong to a choir, band or music group that uses more than one musical instrument or different musical instruments mainly because:
1. The tuning is really accurate and precise which makes it easy for all of the musical instruments to be perfectly in tune with each other.
2. There’s a bright full colour display with frequency lines which gives you a very good indication of how close or far you are from the perfect pitch for each note. (The red and yellow lines to the left and right of the note tell you how much flatter that the actual note or how much sharper than the actual note your instrument is currently tuned. When you hit a perfectly accurate note, you have the reward of that one solid green frequency line.)
3. There’s a conveniently adjustable and easy clip-on attachment, which works great especially for stringed musical instruments. This makes it easy for you to turn the tuner to any angle that suits you while you tune your musical instrument.
You'll really love this mini miracle of a tuner!
