The dress is made from Silk velvet. It has silver brocade at the neckline that is embroidered with metal thread. The upper portion of the have lace that has been beaded.

This costume has two layers. The top layer is a dark green velvet and the bottom is olive brocade with a floral pattern. The collar in the top layer extends in a yoke and is heavy embroidered with metallic gold thread.

The Curtain Dress from Gone with the Wind is a costume icon. In the film to save her beloved home, the impoverish Scarlett O'Hara, played by Vivien Leigh, makes a gown out her Mother's curtain to seduce Rhett Bulter.

The Gown is made from dark and olive green velvet. It has a hoop shirt, label, asymmetrical sleeves with one sleeve being almost a bell sleeve. It also has a corded belt with tassel to showcase it's curtain origins.

This gown made waves when the film first come out and it has been ranked very high among movie costumes. It's not exactly period in style, it has a combined 20s and 30s style to it.

The dress is made from flowing green silk that was cut on the bias. The fabric is almost sheer. The Green of the dress changes in the movie, it starts off lighter and gets darker as the scenes move on. It is sleeveless with a v-neckline and has an A-line silhouette. It has a knotted drape at the front of the waistline. It's also ruched in the back that extends into a train.

      Keira Knightly's dress itself is not stunning but the way she wear is - effortless. I love Eowyn and Arwen's dresses too. Another great lens :)
