When I think of tragic movie deaths, I picture Mufasa in the Lion King, Jack in Titanic, Shelby on Steel Magnolias, and Tom in My Girl. Remember, if your most memorable tragic death is not on this list, you can add it!

      I enjoyed this page and it was really imaginative. You did well to think of this theme. I actually started to think of some movies that I hadn't thought of in years, because of a death in the film. Be well and happy. See you around the galaxy...

      Death is part of the cycle of life, but when it comes too soon, it's so hard to accept.

      The boy in Pay it Forward was my original vote, but now I say yeah, Spock. sob

      The needs of the many do out weigh the needs of the few. We all really new Spock wasn't gone for good! Jenny in Forrest Gump gets me every time and I try to watch it once a year.

      I'm usually not too affected by character deaths in movies and I really thought I would hate "Pay It Forward" but that one got to me. The deaths of the main characters in the movie "Glory" in the final battle scene were honorable and epic, That one got me too.
