Video Game Sheet Music

Updated on December 14, 2012

Sheet Music For Popular Video Games

If you love playing video games and are as much addicted to the music that has been written for the games as to the games themselves, did you know that it's now possible to get the sheet music for a lot of the most popular video games, so that you can learn to play the tunes yourself?

Surprise your friends when they hear you playing a familiar track from a video game, or lay down a recording of your own version of a video game soundtrack. Even better, why not video yourself playing it and upload it to YouTube. Your video could be the next one to go viral.

I guess the music from Super Mario Brothers can be quite hard to play because the beat was fast.

@sockii: I didn't know Stewart did the music for those, cool. That might be good.

Neat stuff! I wish Stewart Copeland would put out sheet music for some of his great score for the the old Spyro the Dragon games...I've seen some cool youtube videos of fans who've taught themselves how to play the tracks.
