X Factor Contestants Past And Present
Welcome To The World of X-Factor
As we all know, the X-Factor has become one of the biggest and most popular television programmes of all time.
Drawing an average viewing audience of 13 million on the weekly shows, and a staggering 16 million for the final shows - it is little wonder why the show is so appealing to wannabe pop stars.
Anyone who is lucky enough to make it into the final shows will be given the opportunity to have their 15 minutes of fame, and if they are really lucky, will make a career from appearing on the show.
My lens will go through the current X Factor show and remind you of the previous X Factor winners.
Why don't you take a trip down memory lane, and see how many of the former contestants you can remember!

Little Mix were one of the most popular acts throughout the whole of the series, and they have been tipped to be as big as the Spice Girls. Let's see...
X Factor 2011 (Series 8) - Runner Up - Marcus Collins
Marcus Collins was a well deserved finalist, and I feel that he is going to have a successful career now that X-Factor 2011 has finished.

In series 4, Rhydian was the X Factor runner up - although this was disputed by Rhydian fans claiming that they were unable to get through to vote due to technical issues.
After an investigation, is was declared that the small minority of people unable to get through would not have influenced the final result and that it did not put Rydian at a disadvantage.
Despite not winning the show, Rhydian has been quite successful in his own right.
He has released two albums to date, Rhydian & O Fortuna. A third album is due to be released in February 2011.

X Factor 2010 - Winner - Matt Cardle
Matt Cardle was without a doubt the deserved winner of X Factor 2010. After the series had finished, it was revealed that Matt had won every show vote bar one.
Matt has both the voice and the versatility, and I sincerely hope that he has the success he deserves.
X Factor 2010 - Runner Up 2010 - Rebecca Ferguson
Once again Rebecca looked beautiful, and she put in solid performances - however, it wasn't quite enough to beat Matt.
