Yo Gabba Gabba Music, Videos, Gifts

Updated on July 1, 2013

Yo Gabba Gabba! Yoooooooo!

Yo Gabba Gabba is one of the few children's programs that I can actually enjoy with my kids. Unlike some of the other meaningless junk cartoons, Yo Gabba Gabba is actually fun and educational.  It took me a couple of episodes to "get it," because it's different from anything else I've seen, but now I see why the kids love it so much!  We sing and dance together to songs like "Don't Bite Your Friends," and "Party in my Tummy!"  Try it!  You might like it!

Read on for Yo Gabba Gabba lyric sheets, mp3 downloads, gifts, party supplies, toys and costumes!

Yo Gabba Gabba Plush and Dolls

Take your Gabba friends along on all your adventures!

DJ Lance Rock: He's our host, and in each episode he gets the show started with the magic words, "Yo Gabba Gabba!"

Muno, the red cyclops. He's very friendly, mild-mannered, but sometimes slightly impatient. He loves to learn and is very outgoing. Sometimes he can be a bit clumsy and has been known to break things.

Foofa, the pink flower bubble. She's giggly, outgoing, happy, bubbly, and likes things that are cute and cuddly. But sometimes she gets a little moody if things don't go her way.

Brobee, the green little one. He's cuddly and cute, but also cautious and needs constant reassurance. He's sometimes scared to try new things. Music, singing, and dancing help give him confidence and help him to learn.

Toodee, the blue cat-dragon. She's very smart and independent. She's also athletic and mischievous. Sometimes she gets too excited about things and can be selfish.

Plex, the yellow robot. He's always there to provide music, teach lessons, and use his wonderful magical powers to beam guests into Yo Gabba Gabba Land. Like a parent, he typically knows how to solve problems.

Yo Gabba Gabba features special guests for the Dancey-Dance

One of my favorite parts of Yo Gabba Gabba is the special dancing segment. This is where an actor or celebrity teaches the crew -- and my kids -- how to do a special dance, like the "Twirly Whirly" (Nikki Flores) or the "Puppet Master" (Elijah Wood). The dances are simple and fun for the kids, and having a real person on the show makes it more relatable for adults. Plus, I can't dance, so these simple steps are perfect for me, too! Yaay!

Love it? Can't stand it? Share your thoughts here. (Please be polite.)

What do you think of Yo Gabba Gabba?

i love to watch with my little sister but when we watched the jack black episode he said he promises he'll come back as soon as he could.i have a question when will he come back?and if there is then the episode should be about missing people or dont break promises and maybe they look at the picture and tuty says i wish jack will come back soon. and plex says we all do tuty but we all have to be patient and maybe he'll come back.then dj lance says he found jacks hat on the floor so jack comes back for it and stays with them for awhile then they do songs about it being ok to miss something but you have to be patient or dont break promises. if not then then he broke his promise. but you guys are awsome any ways.

After my daughter Olivia was born and putting the tv on for sounds color and movement stimulation as a little baby , my husband and I grew fond of this show , the message it teaches kids and being big fans of electronic music. Olivia loves it , she's now 2 and Yo Gabba Gabba is her thing , she loves each character equally , so we bought her everything YGG we came across, we have every episode on dvd, all the music, so when the tv has to go off but we're spending time inside we can dance and sing along. We clean up , or color , whatever. We all love the show and want to put her it but don't know how. She'd be so cute and in perfect rythm doing the Dj Lance Dance , or saying, "My name's Olivia, I like to dance." Heck yea , Super Martian Robot Girl, My fav YGG episode is" DANCE".

my kids love Yo Gabba Gabba! heck i even enjoy them my daughter is 2 and she loves it and my 1 yr old likes the music. it sort of reminds me of School House Rock...the catchy songs and the animation that is in it.. and i think it is easy to pick up on because they go at a childs pace of learning and they repeat the "subject" they are talking about my 2yr old repeats and plays along with the games they play.

If your kids don't like it.

      Don't put it on....right?

I'm sorry but they're not gonna like everything on t.v. or in the world for that matter.

I'm 17 years old and I LOVE this show. It's super colorful, very fun, and teaches kids very important lessons. Unlike some cartoons and shows out there today, Yo Gabba Gabba can be entertaining for the whole family. :) and hwo cares if you don't understand what's going on? my friends and I laugh whenever something random pops up, keeps it interesting.

Sorry to hear there are some parents out there who are not in favor of Yo Gabba Gabba. I guess they don't catch the whole concept of the whole show. The show teaches our children they shouldn't be scared, it teaches them how to dress themselves, how brushing their teeth is a good thing to do, how to get along with others, and much much more. My son is only 11 months old and Yo Gabba Gabba seems to be his favorite thing to watch. He's been watching it since he was younger than that and I will continue to allow him to watch it until he gets tired of it on his own. DJ Lance and the rest of the Gabba gang are so great and I wish they would come to Houston, Texas so I can take my son as well as my little sister, newphews and neice to see them. They all get so excited every time the show is coming on and I am throwing my son a Yo Gabba Gabba Birthday Party next month and they are so excited and can't wait to see all the decorations I am making for the party. Yo Gabba Gabba is a great show!!!

Our family Loves Yo Gabba Gabba! DJ Lance is my hero! As a parent I appreciate the messages of each show. As a kid at heart I get up and dance along with my kids (5 & 2). I.m so glad this show is on the air! It's modern and hip and definitely fills an underserved entertainment niche.

My 2 year old daughter has been watching this show since she was about 9 months old and at first I couldn't stand this show, it's just so weird and "wow". Well now I've realized she absolutely loves Yo Gabba Gabba and she's actually benefited from watching; she knows and says a lot of the vocabulary they use. Even though I still think this show is a little retarded and the people who come up with this stuff have got to be high off something, I've also benefited from the show because it keeps her busy leaving me with more time to do things. =]

When are they going to have a music CD of the shows songs?

Even if they cant have the big bands music on it for copyright reasons, the show's regular songs would be a big hit.

Yo Gabba Gabba, is what Sesame Street was in the 60's today.

I love it and happy some other people out there realised that kids need fun mixed with learning. Sure we could have more direct education mixed in but then you kill the wonderful way this show can draw in parents to watch and have fun with there kids.

Not many parents are going to sit and watch things like, barney, the teletubbies, and all the other child only stuff that makes everyone feel like they're being dumbed down.

I wish I thought of this first... It's also a good medium to introduce kids and parents to interesting new music. I hope I can find the Aquabats CD's in Japan.

My 2 year old sits utterly entranced for the entire 20 minutes of each episode

A wonderfully fresh approach to learning. I find it very funny and educational. Dance and movement are the underlying theme to almost every aspect of the show.

Some adults cannot stand the show, It is too wacky for them, and they think DJ Lance is over-the-top. I personally think he is fun! For some of us YGG breaks the monotony of the current preschool line-up.

it might not be educational as in teaching kids ABCs and 123s and other languages, but it helps to teach them other important values. "Cleaning up, going to sleep, eating healthy, how to dance and have fun, that it is OK to lose, how to share, the list goes on!!! They do it secretly by making it fun and incorporating it into songs.

Children in general love the dancing, clever animation, music and message and that is what counts!!!!

I have watched a few episodes and as an Early Childhood educator, I have found that this show posesses very little educational value. In addition, it IS very weird. I watched one today that showed an asian woman naming the parts of a drum. Knowing the names of the parts of a drum is NOT core information for our little ones. To make matters worse, the woman obviously did not speak English and another voice was dubbed over hers. The lip movements did not match the words coming out. For our young ones who are just learning language it is important to annunciate as well as watch how adults form words. I see so many young children these days with speech problems. I blame this on watching too much TV, especially animated TV where they cannot watch words being formed. In addition, TV (with the exception of a few such as Blues Clues) leaves little room for our little ones to exercise their expressive language. JMO, but I think this show should change some of their content.

All I have to do is say, "there's a party in my tummy" and they will both reply with "so yummy, so yummy." I've shown Biz's beat of the day, and the Dancey Dance with Mya to my husband since it's so unusual to see hip hop stars in a children's show.

So when he wants to watch it (any time of day), he says "chaba chab" and hands me the remote control. This is the only show he would watch from start to finish. And I love the show too--- the songs are so easy to sing along to. I hope they come out with a CD with the songs on the SuperMusicFriends Show and the animated clips...
