Baby trend stroller: Britax B-Ready: It looks great, it does the job and it's a great price for a quality brand.

Updated on April 23, 2014

The thing I like the most was the different positions you can have the seat in.

Buggies are a bit like insurance. You don't really notice it's not there until you're in a tight spot. Last month I had to do the inevitable Christmas shopping. Nobody likes shopping. Nobody in their right mind wants to stand in line for 3 hours to buy a $50 buzz light year only to find that you need batteries for it. And have to line up all over again. I hate shopping at the best of times but seriously, Christmas is a human zoo. So I had decided to make two trips. I needed to go to one side of town for half of the gifts and across the other side for a few other items. So I decided for better or for worse to take my 2 year old with me. The stores were all pretty close so he could walk right? Yeah wrong. The crowds scared him and he got way tired too. Trying to lug a 2 year old around Christmas shopping as well as buying gifts was hell. I decided there was no way I was going through round two like that. I had been meaning to buy a stroller for a while and Britax are a well known brand. This Britax B-Ready Stroller seemed well priced so I ordered it. A couple days later it arrived and it was a breeze to put together. Really easy to assemble. The thing I like the most was the different positions you can have the seat in. Three different recline positions and a big compartment underneath for storage. And not that I needed it but it comes with a generous size canopy too for the summer.

All in all I would recommend the Britax B-Ready.

Britax B-Ready Stroller

also has the Click and Go system. You can use the Britax range of car seats, bassinets and seats with the frame which is handy. So it came time to test drive the beast. Round two of Christmas shopping and of course inevitably the little one wanted to walk. But I took the stroller anyway just in case and its a good job I did. Sure enough half an hour into shopping he needs to rest so I went back to the car and grabbed the Britax B-Ready Stroller. Just a simple click and the stroller is ready to go. The little one hoped in and off we went. The big wheels made it easy to get the stroller around the isles of the stores. And my little one didntt complain at all so it must be pretty comfortable too.

All in all I would recommend the Britax B-Ready. It looks great, it does the job and it's a great price for a quality brand. Everyone knows Britax is a name you can trust and it hasn't let me down.

New parents are often bombarded with different strollers and it can be really confusing! Personally I think the best stroller is one that fits in with the individual families lifestyle and yet is flexible enough to cope with any changes. I love the idea of the Britax strollers because they are so adaptable and can be updated as the baby grows and your lifestyle changes.

Can you suggest some good double strollers? , I am looking for a double stroller but want some suggestions. I do not like the side by side strollers or the ones with one baby directly over the other baby. Britax looking well!

I think, Safety and comfort are the two most important factors to consider when purchasing a stroller. Price is important but to sacrifice quality, safety and comfort over price, to me, is making a big mistake. Informative lens. Thank You

      Great subject for a lens.

When I had my children in the 1960's we only had prams, you could see your child all the time, so never had the choice of, facing you or the child looking forward.

But I still go for the child facing you.

Thanks for the memories, you did a great job, looking forward to more of your articles.
