Foods that are eaten in the childhood really help the children, life time to fight with the diseases and make their metabolic system strong and healthy. HOW TO GIVE YOUR BABY FRUITS?

For this purpose you need to learn some techniques.

Mash banana is simple to give your baby and if you add a little bit of honey with banana that helps your baby to digest. Moreover, banana is good source of potassium and help in tummy problems. In the mouthing period, honey sooth the gums of your baby.

Apple

An apple a day keeps the doctor away

But for a baby it is not possible to eat an apple a day. But little piece of an apple you can give your baby. But now the question is how to give a little piece to your baby? Even he doesn’t have a single tooth. That tip which I am going to mention is really helpful and easy for the moms to give their baby apple and that method also help babies in their mouthing stage.

Things that we need

1 apple

A small piece of white soft net/white soft cotton

Knife

Method

Cut a square piece of apple with a knife and peel the thin skin of apple.

Than take a square piece of soft net fabric.

Put the apple in that piece of net and knot it well. Give that piece of net in the hands of your baby. And your baby himself put that piece in his mouth and would get the taste of apple. In this way he will not only get the food grains but also the juice of fruit. That is not only gives him taste but also helps him soothing gums. In the same way you can introduce many vegetables and fruits to your baby.

You can also take the piece of turnip and tie it in net and give it to your baby. That helps him in soothing his gums and that exercise of gums relax him in teething period.

STORING BABY FOODS

Purees of baby foods can preserve in ice cube boxes. And cover them with plastic sheets. You can freeze purees for a month. But if you have time than prefer fresh food.

Solids can preserve in plastic jars or boxes for two days in fridge or one month in the freezer.

Don’t forget to label the boxes

Label the boxes with the name of meals.

HOW TO SERVE

To serve, pop out the food cube in a plastic or ceramic bowl and warm the solids in microwave or on stove. Check the temperature with a clean spoon on your lip before serving to your baby. Discard left over and don’t refrigerate the food.

In the end simply I want to say in the first year of babies life provide them natural fresh foods. In this way you can avoid obesity and, many other health problems. As you know health is wealth and parents are responsible to give that wealth to their children’s; and that’s way they can give healthy members to the society .Because children’s are their future investment.
