A small piece of white soft net/white soft cotton
Cut a square piece of apple with a knife and peel the thin skin of apple.

Put the apple in that piece of net and knot it well. Give that piece of net in the hands of your baby. And your baby himself put that piece in his mouth and would get the taste of apple. STORING BABY FOODS
Purees of baby foods can preserve in ice cube boxes. And cover them with plastic sheets. You can freeze purees for a month. But if you have time than prefer fresh food.
Solids can preserve in plastic jars or boxes for two days in fridge or one month in the freezer.

Label the boxes with the name of meals.

To serve, pop out the food cube in a plastic or ceramic bowl and warm the solids in microwave or on stove. Check the temperature with a clean spoon on your lip before serving to your baby. Discard left over and don’t refrigerate the food.
