One fantastic resource for moms in the Nashville area is MOPS. It stands for "Mothers of Preschoolers." If you have children ages 5 and under, this is a great program to join. There are currently three MOPS groups meeting in Nashville, and one in Old Hickory and one in Hendersonville.
