Out of the Closet

Updated on November 30, 2012

It makes me GAY to go into my closet....

Be proud of what you wear!
Be proud of what you wear!

Just Opened The Closet...

Well I have an abundance of clothing, and sometimes I get a little wary about what I actually wear out of it... I mean some of my clothing has been there since I was very young, but trends always change so I actually choose to keep a lot of clothing and of course shoes...

Whenever I go into my closet, I always know that there is clothing that I can wear and no one will say a word, because it is a suit... (Everyone respects a suit) and then there are clothes and shoes that I sometimes wear that make me a little wary... "hmm should I put this with that?, is this to old, are these heels to high?" all things that I ask myself sometimes when I actually am reaching into the closet and just trying to be me...

Well what I do know is that on the days that I am most afraid of the mismash of clothing and shoes that I have put together, are more often than not the days that I get the most compliments on my attire... So sometimes you just have to be in the closet to actually get out and realize that people will love whatever comes out of it... even if you have tried to keep it in there for fear of what others would think...

So what I am saying is that if you have a closet... step into it, take a LONG look at it and decide when the right time is for you to take a leap of faith and wear not only what you want to wear, but something that makes you feel good. Be who YOU are not what you think others want you to be, and you would be amazed at how many compliments you get when you do... it makes me so Gay (oh wait that word has been misused) Happy to know that I can wear whatever I want to in today's society and know that I always had this in my closet and have chosen bring it out..

Things that are in our closets, never look better than when they are OUT of it... you can look at them for weeks at a time and try to figure out the different configurations of them, but until you actually take the chance you will never know what people actually thing about them...

AND REMEMBER:

Chuck Norris doesn't check his closet for the boogeyman,

The bogeyman checks his closet for Chuck Norris.
