You are the author of your story: Write it!

Every one of us has our own story to tell, they may not be as perfect or as amazing as it seems but they all have their own different meanings. Challenges never fail to surprise us, it is always there with us and it is up to the person whether to fight it or not.

It is never easy being a student, especially if you have skills and outstanding knowledge where everyone expects great things from you and measures you with higher standards. Tell me, what is education really about? Why do we need to fill ourselves up with numbers, countless words and information? Is it because it is necessary? Significant? Or crucial to the future?

For most people, rankings, fame, money, and honor are the top 4 most important things of their lives and that is systematically proven. By the way our community runs, you can say that high education is really needed for the future each individuals. However, is that what each person really thinks? We all have our different dreams and it is up to us on how we are going to pursue it. Some people wants to be a writer, a singer, a painter, an adventurer, a dancer and many others. You see, these types of dreams are even harder to reach because it takes a great resolve, a long term practice, a harder life and courage to step into its first block. Many people are going to judge you, look for your mistakes, tie a leash on you, and try to bring you down, not to mention the disapproval of the people around you. It is never easy following your heart but if you have an extraordinary determination then success is within your reach.

Dreams can come into different forms and it is up to the person on how he is going to shape it. Imagine a family of prodigies, all of them are smart, rich and powerful but one day this child from the family’s 3^rd generation came in and says that he wanted to be a hip hop dancer. What do you think the family is going to do? Do you think they will support him? Give him courage? And attend to his performances? No. In reality, that child’s dream is going to be rejected and torn apart because it is not sustainable, it is low value, and shameless for the family’s reputation. In the long run, that little boy is going to be forced into higher education and his life is going to be filled with tremendous expectations from his family which is going to produce more depressive thoughts that can break a person inside and out. You see, suppressing your feelings and emotions is never a good idea because these things are silent killers. They move without hesitations and you’ll never know what’s going to happen until it’s done.

Great expectations can pressure an individual and pressure results to less concentration and less concentration leads to failure and with failure a person loses courage and a loss of courage results to depression and depression leads to death. Life has different cycles, sometimes they can be great and other times they can be unfortunate. That is why we must choose carefully on how our future is going to be. Our destiny is in our hands, we can only live once so we must choose what we really want. Otherwise, we may regret it in the future because life has no detours, the road you start with is the road you’ll end with.

Life is full of mysteries and no one can unravel its different peculiarities. There are times where we act stupid and funny, times where we feel depressed and rejected, times where we fell in love with the people who cared about us, times when we are about to give up on everything, times where we can’t even figure out what to do anymore, and times where we bet on everything we have just to reach our dreams. These life cycles are going to go on and on throughout history. We all have experienced it and sometimes things do not go as well as planned but if opportunity won’t arise, then build a door.
