I'm trying to understand the basics and I'm witnessing something that just doesn't jibe with the basic rule of law. Burden of proof, standard of proof, attorney's duty to client, due process, statutory vagueness, everything that applies in the operation of law seems to be totally absent in the no fault divorce case. How can I be sooo of base. Am I the only one who sees this happening? Have you ever looked at it? What are your thoughts?

Yeah, it's not looking like it's going to be fun. Glad you're done with it! :) I'm just barely getting started.... Any thoughts about this company http://www.wi-attorneys.com/ ?
