I don't really think there is a correlation here except to say that children who live in homes with structure feel safer than those without it. If a child lives in a home that is chaotic, they are apt to behave differently than a child who knows what to expect.
When it comes to extremes, you have different issues. It can be difficult for a child to live with a parent who is following them around making sure a mess is never made. A child needs to be afforded some types of messes, and then be taught how to clean them:)
Some people think that messy homes are happy homes, but safety security and sanitation need to be considered.
