   Have you ever been bullied?
   
   You find them in the playground, the workplace and social scenes - bullies. Their behaviour can can destroy careers adn sometimes cause the victim to take their life. Have you or you child ever been bullied? How did you cope with it?

   Yes, I was bullied in 8th grade by a boy who slammed my finger in my locker and called me a fat ___ just to move me out of the way. Even though it was not true, it made me feel that it must be true and I didnt want to hurt my parents feelings so I didnt tell them. Because I didnt tell anyone, I kept it inside and worried about it for many years. After years of not hearing that again, I realized he was wrong. As you may see my hub topics, you will see the outcome of my experience. Great topic in fact, I enjoy helping others who have come to think in such a way.

   who hasn't been bullied?
   I coped with it by learning that if someone is going to be a bully to me, I don't care what they have to say in terms of the insulting words they say to me.
   life inevitably has bullies out there
   i must learn to live with it
   also, I learned to stand up for myself 'cuz i have every right to stand up for myself.

   yes from the 3 grade to the 8 grade. but i´m over it. I managed to cope with it by listening to music that helped me release my anger and and sadness. I came home miserable and turned on the heavy metal witch made me feel better afterwords.

   Yes. I was bullied along with my brother. When he was bullied, I always came up and got bullied for him while he just watched. I accepted it. I wasn't big enough to do anything, didn't have any talents or gifts. So I just learned to believe bullies are kind of foolish and there is nothing you can do until later.

   Yes. in grade school,  middle school, and in college.  I could go on about this for hours.  My father was the biggest bully of all.  I could elaborate, but will do that in a piece rather than here.

   Yes, in fact I've written a couple of hubs about bullying. Bullies are just pathetic people who are trying to cover up their own flaws. People shouldn't tolerate bullying, they should report it.

   sure i was.
   I had all class against me because I was the smartest and the best looking.
   Had to fight one by one until they gave up. What can you do.

   As a child and teenager I was bullied.  I grew up in the 50's and my family was poor and we moved around a lot.  I went to two different schools,  but due to our moving around, I went to both schools more than once.  I was bullied because I was poor,  the house we lived in,  and that our home was rundown. 
   
   I was also very tiny as a child.  I was called skinny,  and worse.  I had a lot of trouble making friends and spent a lot of time alone in grade school.
