   The greatest joy of being a mother, is watching your children grow and mature, with your guidance into the person that you wanted to them to be only better.

   I don't know if it is possible to say what the greatest joy is.  The entire experience for me was pure joy.  Or course there were hard times as with most things, but being someone's mother and being able to guide them, love them, laugh with them was such an honor. 
   
   It really brings great joy to watch them today and see the lovely young women they have become and to know I was a part of the process.

   Seeing your child grow into a happy and successful person, who is capable of loving others.  I think the joy of being a mother is almost, if not, unspeakable.  I don't think it can truly be reduced to words.

   Very difficult to express the reason for Joy of being a mother. You can watch children grow who were once part of you. It is about giving life; body, mind and soul.

   I agree with Duffsmom, there isn't one specific thing that brings Joy, it is all the small things.  When my 2 year old says, "thank you," in his tiny little voice and funny pronunciation.  When my 4 year old comes running down the stairs in his superhero costume and announces he is here to save me from the evil doer. When my 6 year old shares with me her understanding on why things happen, and it actually makes sense.  There are so many little things that happen every day that make my heart warm and fuzzy and full of joy.

   I enjoyed every part of my childrens life, from baby to adult it has been great. When you invest time into your children and are in tune with their wants, needs and desires you can have a good relationship that allows for enjoyment. I did not have to worry about them when they were out of my view, they went to college, and are working in their career field.
   
   They made some mistakes i am sure, but with God first, family and their loving guidance they turned out pretty good. I say just enjoy them from the beginning to the end, and you will have memories forever

   The absolute unconditional love you share with your child. My son doesn't care if my hair's a mess or if I put on a couple pounds. He's my number one fan no matter what. It is astonishing what love there is between a mother and child. And no matter what I'm feeling, his little smile can stop time for a moment, just long enough for me to remember what's truly important... family.
