How do you be a good mom, work, and do anything else without feeling exhausted?


I'm a first time mom. My son is 5 months old and since having him I haven't had time to do any of the "for me" things I used to do...write, work out, bake. I can barely keep up with the bare minimum. Does this get easier and what are some tips? I don't want to just survive--I want to thrive!
