What are some things your mother never taught you that you wish she had?

Some things I wish my mom had taught me are ironing a shirt, balancing a checkbook, life really does change at menopause, and marry a rich man.

    Those are good. I agree with all of them. There is so much a mother can share with her daughter or son for that matter. The last one, follow your dreams, is the most important. But, money and credit are not far behind.
