Best Swaddle Blanket For Baby

Updated on September 17, 2014

Which is the Best? Miracle Blanket or the Woombie?

If you know anyone who is having a baby, you have been probably trying to come up with an idea for the best gift. I know because I actually have a niece and two nephews who are all expecting babies this fall. And I've been trying to come up with the perfect gift.

So I was thinking about when my babies were born I used to swaddle them with a little blanket. They seemed to sleep better and longer. When ever my newborn was fussy they would calm down as soon as I swaddled them. I think its because it reminds them of what it's like to be in the womb.

So I have decided that I want to get these new babies a Swaddling Blanket. Actually I am going to get two for each baby. This way when one is getting washed there is a spare.

Now comes the hard part, and I need your help....which is the best baby swaddle blanket? The popular Miracle Blanket or the Woombie.

The Miracle Blanket Help Mom Get some Sleep!

The Miracle Blanket – Baby Swaddling Blanket helps babies sleep better because the blanket helps to prevent startle reflexes. Your baby will sleep longer, which means you will sleep longer. The miracle blanket doesn't have Velcro or buttons. It keeps baby snug tightly. Hands don't escape so baby can't scratch his/her face. The use of a miracle blanket makes breast feeding much easier. And Mom can easily pull the leg pouch down to check the diaper and it won't ruin the swaddle. When your baby starts to get older, you can wean him/her off of the blanket by just releasing one arm at first, then both.

Woombie is easiest for first time Moms.

The Original Woombie Swaddle Blanket has an easy in easy out zipper which makes it much less stressful and more calming for baby and faster for Mom. The woombie is made of a unique 4way stretch fabric. It gently snuggles and swaddles baby. It reconfirms after your baby stretches. Woombie doesn't unravel because of the 4 way stretch fabric. Your baby will be able to move his/her arms but wont be able to escape. So you don't have to worry about constantly readjusting. Another advantage of a swaddle blanket is you don't have to worry about your baby scratching herself. This woombie swaddle is the easiest for a first time Mom.

I just did a lens like this that is very similar, and found yours when I went to see if mine's been googled yet- I used to be the Canadian Miracle Blanket distributor. Lensrolling to Baby Swaddling Blankets, thanks -:)

These look so much easier than learning to fold them for a square blanket.
