Planning for Conception and pregnancy over 35 years: Many women find conceiving and pregnancy after the age of 35 not as easy as they thought it would be. Looking after our own body by eating well and keeping fit, is one of the difficult role we have but managing another body inside the womb is double the task more challenging role to play.
