My Father

I created this webpage on fathers quotes,to honor my dad on his 2nd death anniversary on 18th May 2012 ,as an expression of love and remembrance. The values he instilled in us were by his actions.

He was the moral supporter at times of difficulties and the cheerleader to motivate us to move on.He believed in us and encouraged us with his positive and comforting words.

Some of his favorite words that still resonate within me and give me strength at all times are

"This too shall pass"

"Seek and you'll find"

"You fall down to rise again"

"Failure is not final until you stop trying again"

"Opportunities are everywhere"

"Learn to wait.Your time will come."

"Chance meetings can lead to fruitful endeavors."

"Count your blessings"

Quotes act as an inspiring source to express one's views in a distilled form. One's thoughts and opinion can be expressed more effectively using the words of wisdom of the wise elders.

All of these quotes resonate with me so much - I can see my dad in all the quotes, and my dad died 2 years ago also, and I'm sure you know the healing process is still hard - this was such a nice lens to read, thanks!

All the quotes are so apt. Cannot really pick one. When I was reading all the quotes the first quote what my father always told us when we were kids was " Do not believe in what you hear. Half believe in what you see"
