Baa Baa Black Sheep

Baa Baa Black Sheep

Baa baa black sheep, have you any wool?

Yes sir, yes sir, three bags full!

One for the master, one for the dame,

And one for the little boy who lives down the lane

Babies Dolly

Babies Dolly

Hush, baby, my dolly, I pray you don't cry

And I'll give you some bread, and some milk by-and-by

Or perhaps you like custard, or, maybe, a tart

Then to either you're welcome, with all my heart

Babies

Babies

Come to the land where the babies grow

Like flowers in the green, green grass

Tiny babes that swing and crow

Whenever the warm winds pass

And laugh at their own bright eyes aglow

In a fairy looking-glass

Come to the sea where the babies sail

In ships of shining pearl

Borne to the west by a golden gale

Of sun-beams all awhirl

And perhaps a baby brother will sail

To you, my little girl

Baby's Boat

Baby's Boat

Baby's boat's the silver moon

Sailing in the sky

Sailing o'er the sea of sleep

While the clouds float by

Sail, baby, sail

Out upon that sea

Only don't forget to sail

Back again to me...

Back again to me

Baby's fishing for a dream

Fishing near and far

His line a silver moonbeam is

His bait a silver star

Sail, baby, sail

Out upon that sea

Only don't forget to sail

Back again to me...

Back again to me

Baker Man

Baker Man

I wish I were a baker man

To wear a cap of white

An apron wide around me tied

My baking tins shining bright

Then I could frost a birthday cake

And fill an apple pie

Or make some tarts with jelly hearts

And gingerbread light and dry

Bandy Legs

Bandy Legs

As I was going to sell my eggs

I met a man with bandy legs

Bandy legs and crooked toes

I tripped up his heels, and he fell on his nose

Barber Barber

Barber Barber

Barber, barber, shave a pig

How many hairs to make a wig

Four and twenty, that's enough

Give the barber a pinch of snuff

Bat, Bat, Come Under My Hat

Bat, Bat, Come Under My Hat

Bat, bat, come under my hat

And I'll give you a slice of bacon

And when I bake

I'll give you a cake

If I am not mistaken

Bear In Tennis Shoes

Bear In Tennis Shoes

The other day, I met a bear,

With tennis shoes, a dandy pair!

He looked at me, I looked at him

He sized me up, I sized up him

He said to me: "Why don't you run?

I see you don't have any gun

So I did run, away from there

And right behind, me came that bear!

Ahead of me, I saw a tree

A great big tree, oh golly-gee!

The only branch, was 10 feet up

I'd have to jump, and trust my luck

And so I jumped, into the air

But I missed that branch, away up there

Now don't you fret, now don't you frown

'Cause I caught that branch, on my way back down

The moral is, no shocking news

Don't talk to bears, in tennis shoes

That's all there is, there is no more

Unless I meet, that bear once more!

Bedtime

Bedtime

The Man in the Moon looked out of the moon,

Looked out of the moon and said

"'Tis time for all children, on the earth

To think about getting to bed !"

Bed In Summer

Bed In Summer

In winter I get up at night

And dress by yellow candle-light.

In summer quite the other way,

I have to go to bed by day.

I have to go to bed and see

The birds still hopping on the tree,

Or hear the grown-up people's feet

Still going past me in the street.

And does it not seem hard to you,

When all the sky is clear and blue,

And I should like so much to play,

To have to go to bed by day?

Beela By The Sea

Beela By The Sea

Catch a floater, catch an eel

Catch a lazy whale

Catch an oyster by the heel

And put him in a pail

There's lots of work for Uncle Ike

Fatty Ford and me

All day long and half the night

At Beela by the sea

Bell Horses

Bell Horses

Bell horses, bell horses

What time of day?

Betty Blue

Little Betty Blue

Lost her holiday shoe

Give her another

To match the other

And then she'll walk upon two

Betty Botter

Betty Botter

Betty Botter bought some butter

But, she said, the butter's bitter

If I put it in my batter

It will make my batter bitter

But, a bit of better butter

Will make my batter better

So, she bought a bit of butter

Better than her bitter butter

And she put it in her batter

And the batter was not bitter

So, twas better Betty Botter

Bought a bit of better butter

Billy Boy Blue

Billy Boy Blue

Billy boy blue, come blow me your horn

The sheep's in the meadow, the cow's in the corn

Is that the way you mind your sheep

Under the haycock fast asleep !

Billy Be Nimble

Billy Be Nimble

Billy be nimble

Hurry and see

Old Tommy Trimble

Climbing a tree

He claws with his fingers

And digs with his toes

The longer he lingers

The slower he goes

Hurry and see

Old Tommy Trimble

Climbing a tree

He claws with his fingers

And digs with his toes

The longer he lingers

The slower he goes

Birds Of A Feather

Birds Of A Feather

Birds of a feather flock together

And so will pigs and swine

Rats and mice will have their choice

And so will I have mine

Born Free

Born Free

Born free, as free as the wind blows

As free as the grass grows

Born free, to follow your heart

Live free, and beauty surrounds you

The world still astounds you

Each time you look at a star

Stay free, where no walls divide you

You're free as the roaring tide

So there's no need to hide

Born free, and life is worth living

But only worth living

'Cause you're born free

Bow, Wow, Says The Dog

Bow, Wow, Says The Dog

Bow, wow, says the dog

Mew, mew, says the cat

Grunt, grunt, goes the hog

And squeak goes the rat

Tu-whu, says the owl

Caw, caw, says the crow

Quack, quack, says the duck

And what the sparrows say, you know

Boys And Girls

Boys And Girls

What are little boys made of ?

Snaps and snails and puppy-dogs' tails;

And that's what little boys are made of, made of.

What are little girls made of made of?

What are little girls made of?

Sugar and spice, and all that's nice;

And that's what little girls are made of, made of

Boys And Girls, Come Out To Play

Boys And Girls, Come Out To

Play

Boys and girls, come out to play

The moon doth shine as bright as day!

Leaves your supper and leave your sleep

And come with your playfellows into the street

Come with a whistle

Come with a call

Come with a good will, or not at all

Bread And Milk

Bread And Milk

Oh, whether in a mug

Or a little china jug

There's nothing in the world so nice as milk

When you've got an appetite

It makes your eyes so bright

And little cheeks as soft as any silk

I've heard it also said

Nothing's half so good as bread

If hungry you should ever chance to be

The miller grinds the corn

And the baker every morn

Bakes crusty loaves to sell to you and me

And if you ever wish

For a lovely kind of dish

To set before me on the breakfast-table

A basin and a spoon

Some bread-and -milk, and soon

I'll eat it up as fast as I am able

The best of them all

Butterfly, Butterfly

Butterfly, Butterfly

Butterfly, butterfly

Sit on my chin

Your wings are like tinsel

So yellow and thin

Butterfly, butterfly

Give me a kiss

If you give me a dozen

There's nothing amiss

Butterfly, butterfly

Off to the flowers

Wee, soulless sprite

Of the long summer hours

I'm not sure I "get" Bye Baby Bunting, but it sounds sooo cute, I love reciting it anyway!
