Balancing taking care of a toddler and a infant

Updated on August 23, 2016

One thing I have learned as a mother to two is that you have to learn how to balance the rambunctious life of a toddler vs the serene calm life of a infant. I found it most helpful to get your toddler involved, let them help you with diaper changes, feedings and play time. Even purchase them a baby doll that way they can mimic what mommy does and it seems like a fun game to them, and they will be learning at the sametime, it's a double win for you! Dont forget the more included they feel the less jealous they will become. And everyone knows a cranky jealous toddler is no walk in the park. Also you know your plate is full between taking care of a toddler and a infant but house work, and if you are a working mom you are more so busy but try to always make time to play with your toddler. Remember they are learning and there minds are developing along with there emotions.
