Tasty Beef Fry Recipe
About Non-veg food.
Non vegetarian dishes tastes very good if prepared in proper way. Now a days contamination and adulteration in food is increasing. So we should be careful in finding hygienic and fresh meat. Beef Fry is a tasty dish that can be prepared very easy with some special ingredients.
Here I am describing the method of beef fry using raw green pepper to increase the taste. Curry leave and Bay leaves are also special ingredients added for pleasant smell and taste for this dish.
- Beef - 500 gm
- Onion - 250 gm
- Fresh Green pepper - 1 tsp, (ground)
- Garam masala powder -1 tsp
- Red Chili powder- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- - 1/2
- coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 table spoon
- Garlic Ginger paste - 1tsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Thinly sliced coconut pieces-1/2 cup
- Salt-as required
Method of preparation
How to cook beef pieces
Cut the beef meat into 2 inch cubes & clean well
Put turmeric powder & salt into the beef pieces&mix well.
Transfer the pieces into the pressure cooker and cook in a high flame
After the first whistle reduce the flame and cook for 20 minutes.
Keep it aside
Preparing of masala for cooked pieces.
In a pan pour oil and fry coconut pieces.Then add onion,ginger garlic paste,salt and sauté them till golden brown.
Add the red chili powder coriander powder,green pepper paste, turmeric powder, curry leaves and bay leaves and stir for 2 minutes. . Add cooked beef and coconut milk.
Sauté well till the water evaporate and oil separates . Remove from fire and decorate with green pepper and curry leaves.
- For cooking beef pieces only 1/4 cup water is needed because the meat contains water in it.
